After studying electrical engineering at the Technical University of Munich, Alf Henryk Wulf began his professional career at Alcatel SEL AG in 1991, where he was appointed a member of the board in 2003 and took over as CEO in 2009. In 2012 he moved to Alstom Deutschland AG (2012 - 2015) and later to GE Power AG (2015 - 2018), each as CEO. Since 2007, Mr. Wulf has been a member of supervisory boards and advisory boards in various companies in the IT, telecommunications, software, electrical engineering, energy and raw materials sectors. He is also the President of the VDE, heads the hi-tech network BWCon in Baden Württemberg and is a member of the Advisory Board of the Goethe Society in Weimar.
