It is also called Final Random Inspection (FRI) and is the most important step in your Quality Assurance. A typical inspection covers the testing of function, performance, workmanship, artwork/labeling, appearance, accessories and other product specific tests.

During Production Inspection (DUPRO/DPI)

Process control during the production of your goods is essential to avoid surprises and ensure quality issues are detected early in the manufacturing of your order. DUPRO/DPI may also include an AQL (Acceptance Quality Limit) check on goods taken from the end-of-the-line, generally around 20% of the production. For large batches of goods, a DUPRO/DPI is recommended to avoid conflicts with manufacturers related to quality problems and necessary reworks.

Container Loading Supervision (CLS)

Logistics information (container number, product quantities, barcoding) is as important as performing a proper loading process. Through the whole time, a VDE inspector will review the loading of the goods into the container.
