If another Certification Body has already visited the new place of manufacture, please send us a copy of the last OD CIG 023 Factory Inspection Report. We will evaluate the report and accept it, if the results are positive.

Important note: Before submitting the form, please complete the documents OD CIG 022 Section B1 and OD CIG 022 Section B2 and upload them again in the upload area of the form. Completion of document IC 1216_Appendix 02 is only necessary if certain processes and production steps are relocated.
